And I get an acceptance letter from a university in Japan after years of hard work and my mom tells me to be quiet because they are watching tv.

ok so I thought the package I was receiving today from Ritsumeikan would include my housing information/application so I can go ahead and apply for a dorm, and that stupid certificate of eligibility I apparently need to get my visa.
Yeah. No.
Instead what I got was a one and a half page letter giving me the exact same information I got in an email a few weeks ago....
